The award was presented at a special luncheon held June 4 in Edison.
The Good Neighbor Awards, in their 50th year, are given in recognition of businesses which contribute to the economic value of their communities by constructing new buildings or investing in capital improvement projects. A distinguished panel of judges for the awards represented a wide variety of state organizations that share an interest in New Jersey’s growth and development. The panel considered each nominee on the basis of economic benefits/job creation, architectural merit and community involvement. There were a total of 50 nominees from throughout the state, and the panel selected only 14 for awards.

The site was designed by R2Architects of Voorhees and built by IMC Construction of Malvern, Pa.
According to information in the June issue of New Jersey Business, NJBIA honors projects “that have created jobs, generated new local tax revenues and improved the quality of life in their communities. The goal of the New Good Neighbor Awards is to highlight the many positive contributions businesses make to the economy and to the state.”
