SJ Federal Credit Union Awards Scholarships to Eight Students

Deptford, NJ - (June 2010) - South Jersey Federal Credit Union (SJFCU) awarded scholarships to eight South Jersey graduating high school seniors for the 2010-2011 academic year at their chosen colleges and universities.

Students are eligible if they are an SJFCU member, or if a parent/guardian is a member. Winners of the scholarships were selected on the basis of high school academic performance, teacher references, extracurricular and community involvement, and an essay.

The recipients, their hometowns and high schools, the college/university they plan to attend, are:

$1,000 Scholarship:
Connor Moseley

Yale University

$750 Scholarship:
Caitlin Fanz

$500 Scholarships:
